Grace's many "outfits"

O.k, so I thought it would be funny to compile a bunch of random pictures I took of Grace this month in her many random outfits! Lately she has been wanting to dig out some clothes from the back of her closet to wear (ie: summer clothes) and wear them around the house. (I would never let her leave the house in these outfits!) :) She has wanted to wear skirts/dresses, tights, and hats/something on her head at all times! She will appreciate these pictures some day!

1. First, we have the "bee keeper" (lining of her clothes hamper) paired with a tankini swim top and bikini swim bottoms, all on top of jammies! To complete the outfit we have our brown boots. She was quite proud of this one that she came up with.

2. "The Jogger". The sweatband and wristbands were given to her by her dad, who "won" them at his fitness center. She has paired them with the nice summer skirt and top. Lovely! We have a front view with an action shot. There she goes!

3. Next we have the ballet jammies paired with our winter flower hat. Well, they're both pink anyway!
4. We've saved the best for last. "Princess Housewife". Yes, the "50" crown with the fall dress and too small pink sweater does the trick. The best part of the outfit, though, are the yellow socks coupled with the purple slippers. Gotta love it! She's so proud and so am I! :) I just wanted to share with you a piece of the beauty that I get to see and enjoy every day! Her favorite thing to do is dress up. Even Lance gets in on the fun sometimes!

Hanging out

Poor Lance - he's used to it, though! We were enjoying one of Grace's magazines

Who's that cute, chunky baby?!! :)

Lance sitting up

Lance has been sitting up for about 1 month now and he loves it! I think he feels like he can play with Grace better now.

He loves his toes, too and always tries to eat them!

Lance 5 months

Eating my cereal

Lance LOVES bathtime with Grace! Grace asks for him to take a bath with her every night - we try to keep it to every other. It's much easier for mom and dad! Lance has upgraded to the duck tub!

So cute in their hats! His little football hat finally fits him now! Thanks, Purbita! :)

Playing in the snow

Grace had a great time playing in the snow that we had momentarily. It lasted for only about two days, so we're glad we enjoyed it while it lasted. We had an AWESOME time sledding that day!

Whoo HOOO - here we go!

She's an awesome sledder!!!

She also enjoyed making snow angels - what a trooper.

Lance eating cereal

We are finally into January!! YEAH!! I'm really trying to get my blog caught up. So, as soon as we started the new year Lance got to try some rice cereal! He LOVED it! As you can see, he's enjoying every bite.

Grace LOVES dressing up poor Lance. This would be Grace's hat that she thought would look cute on Lance - poor kid!

Gingerbread House in the Making

This year, my whole family came to our house in Ohio for Christmas. It was my parents, two brother's and sister in law. We had a great time hanging out together.

Preparing their plan of action to make the gingerbread house

Getting all the icing and goodies on the house.

The finished product! They even have Santa and his reindeers on top!

Mmmm....the frosting tastes good! (Gross!!) She didn't get her sweet tooth from me - that's for sure!!
